Evgenij Golubovskij   [ Ukraine ]

The Ukrainian journalist and cultural studies scholar Evgenij Golubovskij was born in Odessa in 1936 and mainly writes about the history and culture of his hometown. He founded the newspaper »International Odessa News« in 1990, moderates a cultural programme on Ukrainian television, and directs the literature studio »Seljonaja lampa« as well as the Museum of Modern Art of Odessa, where he still lives today.
