Dmytro Zhuravel  ( Ukraine )

Dmytro Zhuravel is a Ukrainian writer and journalist. He was born in 1996 in Belgorod-Dniester. Since 2012 he has been living and writing in Odesa. Dmytro participated in the Meridian Czernowitz literary festival and is co-author of the poetic artbook “Gallery of Sense” (Nebo Booklab Publishing). He started writing for children in 2020, and in 2021 he will publish a teenage book “No word to anyone, or How to fall out of love with apricots” (published by ACCA). He has been a participant and finalist in Ukrainian poetry competitions, poetry battles, and art festivals. Some of his poems have been translated into English and set to music by the band Public Drama.
