Vadim Zaplatnikov  [ Ukraine ]

Vadym Zaplatnikov, born in 1960 in Kiev, is a Ukrainian architect. With his partner, Larysa Merkulova, he founded the architectural firm GARAZD – Ukrainian for »Ok, I agree with you« – in 1996. They both earned master’s degrees cum laude from the University of Leuven, Belgium. They have been invited and have collaborated on numerous international projects.
